Peter is the lab technician for the neuromotor rehabilitation and virtual environment lab and he provides both hardware and software technical support to facilitate biomechanics and neuro-rehabilitative research projects. His support entails designing, developing, and maintaining electronic circuits, mechanical systems, and software programs for data collection. Peter particular interested in developing rehabilitative devices that translate from research environment into the clinical rehab for patients with balance disorders.
My current projects include
1) Developing a wearable inertial arm tracking system
2) Developing EMG Visuomotor guided isometric system
3) Developing an electrical stochastic band for enhancing proprioceptive information
4) Developing a vibrotactile proprioceptive system
5) Developing treadmill based stereo camera tracking system
6) Developing labview software interface for bertec immersive lab system
